Configuration Health Check –
Special offer only £525 for only 2 days
If
I could show you easy measures
that will dramatically improve the quality of information yield and
decision
support from your business information systems, would that interest you?
The
two day Headline Business
Information System Configuration Health Check is designed to give you a
headline view of the quality of your system configuration, coupled to
recommended measures in order to raise the standard of your
configuration data
considerably. This
will be done in a
manner that educates you with regard to the REAL issues, and equips you
to take
informed decisions about the way forward.
I will also facilitate a half-day session to upgrade the
data in a
selection of your minor classification lists, such as Credit Note
Reasons.
In
my articles "The
RIGHT Information to the RIGHT Person at the RIGHT Time Enabling THRIVE
Decisions" and "Answers
to the Questions YOU have NOT yet thought to ask – NOW!"
I discuss the requirement for business information systems to support
quality
decision making at all levels in the organization by delivering quality
information in highly structured and highly intelligent form. The second article gives
specific examples of
how conventional lists are defective, and how simple redefinition of
validation
list content can have significant impacts on the decision support value
yield
and inquiry support capability of every business information system.
The
application of these
principles to an entire enterprise is a significant project, but
meaningful quick
wins can be accomplished within a matter of days.
The
two day pilot "Headline Business Information
System
Configuration Health Check" is designed to give you a feel
for the
health of your system configuration, identify opportunities for
immediate
improvement, and give you an indication of the scope of work required
to apply
the different levels of enhancement discussed in the articles.
